Chevron is concerned about severe gasoline supply disruptions in the wake of Hurricane Ike. It may not be possible for us -- and other manufacturers -- to maintain normal supplies in the coming days. Numerous Chevron retail stations in Houston and Galveston are reporting power outages. We are deploying generators to repower key stations and provide fuel to customers. Additional Chevron transport trucks are being sent into the Houston area to speed refueling at stations. Chevron’s Galena Park terminal near Houston is currently shutdown. An assessment will be performed on the facility tomorrow. Chevron’s Pascagoula, Mississippi refinery continues to operate at full capacity. Our lubricants plant in Port Arthur, Texas reports flooding and is currently shut down. All of Chevron’s production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico are shut down. We continue to exercise restraint in pricing our products at the wholesale level. We continue encouraging our wholesale marketers to respect the severe challenges faced by people in the hurricane region, and also exercise pricing restraint. There are 168,000 retail stations in the U.S. Of those, 9,700 are branded Chevron or Texaco, and 95 percent of those are independently owned and operated. Chevron operates five of the 150 refineries in the U.S.
