Objective
- Ensure HES screening in business partner selection.
- Enable ongoing evaluation of relative ranking (i.e., HES Performance Ranking, relative to peers).
- Communicate the importance of safety and environmental performance to any potential contractor initiator.
- To identify and select contractors who have demonstrated commitment to HES through:
- HES leadership, management programs, systems and practices followed and demonstrated by all levels in the contracting company.
- HES performance history to achieve Chevron SJVBU's HES performance expectations.
